What is Riprap?

Riprap is a rock that is used to protect land or structures from rushing water.

These rocks are stacked together to provide a protective barrier to anything that is behind it.

It is made up of large durable rocks usually between 300mm – 700mm in size.

Riprap is also referred to as Rock Armour
